Hello again!

I want to attach an aluminum bar across my 2 scope mounting rings to attach my guide scope and mini PC to.
Is it as simple as that? A sturdy ( 3/4" thick ) aluminum bar across the 2 rings? Is 3/4" overkill?

A lot of people just use a Vixen dovetail plate, 3/4" is a bit of overkill.

I just added a Vixen dovetail, with a pair of ADM mounting rings for the guider.

I'm going to get a piece of 1/2" X 1" aluminum bar stock and drill it.
