Very nice Mariosi; once again I have to check, photo or sketch? Very well drawn and I like the progression you captured over four days. So nicely done :D

Here's hoping we're almost out of solar minimum!

All the best,

Great work, Mariosi! Definitely a positive sign that things are improving. We may be "back in business".

Thanks much for the share.

Hello Marios. These are wonderful solar sketches from 2016, and especially the large sketch of AR12529. Things are a little sparse right now on old sol, but I hope the active regions revive again soon. Thanks for sharing this fine work with us on here Marios, and congratulations on being selected for the TSS APOD award.

And as on clear nights they watch the familiar, unhurried, timeless stars go by in their quiet splendour, they may perhaps achieve that sense of calm and rhythm and beauty that is often denied to worried men and women in a bustling world.
