NGC 3372 Carina

Hi everyone,
one of my favorite parts of the night sky.
Put this down on paper over a couple of nights 18 months ago.
Combination of white, Silver pencils and soft pastels and patience.

Nice sketch, btw how does one do this in the dark on the scope, use red light?

Hi Yobbo, yes...red light for me is a must have.
Everybody has their own way. I personally try to hold the mental image as I transfer from eyepiece to paper.
