After my baby boy was born I had to be away from the hobby for a few months, but since the urge to be under the stars didn't go away along with my energy and nights of sleep I made a little project in his bedroom ceiling.

It took a while and a few almost falling down on my head moments but eventually it got done.
Had to stop drawing the constellations after a while or my wife would set fire on the stairs,I believe. She really got nervous with me drawing dots up in the ceiling, hanging from the stairs with my limbs in weird angles

That is awesome! I think we all understand the comment "And that, my friends, is what addiction looks like."
I did the same thing in my daughter's bedroom 3 years ago. She is six and now recognizes both dippers, Orion, Casiopea, and Leo in the night sky!
Here is to hoping his star ceiling fosters a love of the night sky in your son!
