I had to get a quickie in on AR3615 before it rotates out of view.
Explore Scientific ED152 CF APO, Baader ASTF solar film filter, ASI ZWO2600MC camera shooting an ROI of 4000x4000.
I shot a 50 frame SER file (45seconds) and stacked the best 10 frames. The 2600MC is for sure no speed demon when it comes to capture fps!
Stacked in AutoStakkert 3.0!, color corrected in Photoshop.

Yep, only 10 frames. On the setup I had the other day I was only getting about 1.5fps out of the 2600MC. I don't like to capture for more than 45 seconds, that's a hold over from the Ha captures, so a total of 50 frames was about the most I could get.
When I was researching imaging in Ha, which my monochrome 1600mm will do much faster frame rate, I ran across a guy that was capturing 2000 frames but only stacking the best 20. And his work was spectacular! So I figured the number of frames is not as important as the quality of frames. Of course, that's just my feelings. ymmv.
