You will need to keep a eye on this one, the margin for error is large!

The odds of a piece of satellite falling on someone’s head is estimated at one in a billion.
So, were they Rounding Down in order to make for easier comprehension??

Or, as
the projected world population on Jan. 1, 2024, is 8,019,876,189
does that mean it is sure to take out eight (8) of us??

That was my first thought too when I saw the quote.
