Hickson Compact Group 33 consists of the four galaxies at the center of the image:

PGC 16871 (HCG 33d, 2MASX J05105313+1802007 and others) at the left

PGC 16866 (HCG 33b, 2MASX J05104713+1801490 and others) to the right (west) of HCG 33d

PGC 16867 (HCG 33a and others) below HCG 33b

PGC 16863 (HCG 33c and others) to the right of HCG 33a and c

These are located at an undetermined distance in Taurus.

Luminance – 27x600s – 270 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

390 minutes total exposure – 6 hours 30 minutes

Imaged January 6th, 9th, 11th, 12th and 13th, 2024 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
