NGC 2149 is the reflection nebula next to dark nebula Dobashi 5004.

vdB 66 (BD-09 1310, TYC 5353-1267-1 and others) is the star with the faint reflection nebula to the right (west) of NGC 2149.

These are located in the corner of Monoceros near Barnard’s Loop.

Luminance – 26x600s – 260 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

380 minutes total exposure – 6 hours 20 minutes

Imaged over ten nights in November, 2022, October and December, 2023 and January, 2024 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
