Well, it's a new year and our first meteor shower is upon us!
I have had solid rain for two days now and counting.
So I will probably only see orange clouds!

If it's clear your way, try to get out and catch a few.

Tonight is the peak for this shower, best seen in the early hours before dawn.

Rain here too. My hopes for an early morning session were scuttled this morning.

I was out early this morning to catch a few...99 percent clouds! Hopefully next year!

I did observe the event in 2016 (25 meteors) and again in 2021 (5 meteors).
