New Image: My first "official" lunar image w/new scope

I hope this is the correct place to place an image and ask for some guidance on improving my technique.

I setup my newly acquired and repaired Sky-Watcher Dob 8" with my Lumix G7 in prime focus. These are the settings I used:

It's an 8" 1200mm focal length f/6
1/500 sec
ISO 400
4592x3448 pixels

I focused the best I could, used a 2 second shutter delay and tried various exposures, this was the best of them. I'm overall ok with the image but it's nowhere near as sharp as it should be given the gear I used. As I'm an AP newbie, I'm asking for some input, it this bad focus, motion problem, collimation issue or ??

I'd love to get a nice clear sharp image of the moon before I move on to my next subject.

ps I screwed around with the image orientation for 10 minutes and gave up. I can't figure out how to correct it.

I am sure there are members on here who will share a few tricks to help you improve your shots. I just want to get on here and say, "Congratulations!" You just leveled up and did a good job at it! You have moved to a new style of photography.

I have a hard hat, and as the old saying goes "keep your hands inside the car at all times".

My NEQ-3 PRO arrives in 2 days and then it will hopefully all come together.
