Hi! New member here!
I have a Celestron CPC 1100 Deluxe HD. I've owned it for a few years now. Recently, after I do an alignment and go to my first object, after I center it in the eyepiece, the object slowly drifts to the left (while looking in the eyepiece). It will completely drift out of the field of view entirely. And after bringing it back by pressing the Right arrow key, it will slowly star drifting left again. What can I do to correct this?

Welcome to TSS ! Sounds like a tracking issue.
Make sure that the handset has correct time and coordinates.
Another reason could be that your built-in battery is getting old and needs replacement.

It also sounds like the backlash needs to be adjusted (gears meshing)

As the problem has only recently started happening, have you changed anything recently? Have you noticed anything else recently that might be relevant?
Could you double check the settings for location, time, date, etc.
The Celestron CPC 1100 Deluxe HD is an excellent telescope, has it always behaved well until now?

As I said earlier, I am not familiar with this specific instrument.
So these are general comments.
Didn't the USA just switch away from Daylight Saving Time (DST) recently?
If there is a DST setting make sure it's set correctly. Incorrect DST setting will usually result in an unsuccessful or inaccurateGOTO not poor tracking after finding the object.
If the drift is left right, it sounds like the azimuth drive isn't working properly while the altitude is working correctly. It could be an Intermittently loose cable or dry joint perhaps? Otherwise the drift would be at a variety of angles depending upon where you are pointing
