NGC 7436 Group

NGC 7436 (UGC 12269, PGC 70124, VV 84/84a and others) appears to be an elliptical galaxy interacting with MCG+04-54-005 (NGC 7436A, PGC 70123, VV 84b and others). NGC 7436 is located approximately 329 million light-years away in Pegasus.

NGC 7435 (UGC 12267, PGC 70116 and others) is the spiral below NGC 7436 and MCG+04-54-005.

NGC 7433 (PGC 70112 and others) is the galaxy above and to the right (west) of NGC 7436 and MCG+04-54-005. I don’t see a type listed for it but it looks like a lenticular.

These are part of the Astronomy League’s Galaxy Groups and Clusters program.

UGC 12274 (PGC 70140 and others) is the spiral below and to the right of the group.

Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

360 minutes total exposure – 6 hours

Imaged July 24th, August 11th and September 15th, 16th and 17th, 2023 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
