There seems to be something happening on Jupiter.
A darkening in the south temperate belt has appeared that is lead and trailed by white ovals.
It seems to stretch approximately 1/3 around the planet at the moment.

Hopefully it will last longer than the local cloud cover so I can observe it.

I looked at Jupiter Sunday morning, Did not see any white ovals, but they may have been on the other side.

EPs: Pentax: XWs & XFs; TeleVue: Delites, Delos, Panoptic & Plossls; ES: 68, 62; Vixen: SLVs; Baader: BCOs, Aspherics, Mark IV.
