One more question is about my idea that jet engine exhaust could be adding to the light pollution in my area about 5 to 10 miles from the busy DFW airport. Anyone have any idea on this?
I'm near / under approach and departure paths to O'Hare and Midway and I'm sure jet exhaust adds to the filth, but I think a bigger impact might be when a plane flies through my field of view. Brief, but the strobes are mighty bright and blow my night vision.
