I've tried three or four times to use the "save draft" option when I needed to get out of a long post to find more information. I've never been able to locate the draft later and always end up starting over from scratch.
a. Does that function actually work?
b. How do I access my drafts?

Yes it does!
To see all of your saved drafts open your user control panel (UCP) and click on the “Manage drafts” button.
If you are having trouble finding it I can screen shot some images for you tomorrow.
