Well, it's back on the mount, doing the flocking and then removing fingerprints for both sides on the corrector, ohh Boi very much not hassle free. Going to give it a test when the next clear sky is due.also did some nice mirror polishing on the knobs :)

still have some minor aesthetics to attend to like replacing most of the oxidized bolts and might make up some knobs for the secondary as those bolts are pretty rusted, another mod I need to do is drill a hole and insert a grub screw for the light shroud nut on the inside of the corrector for the secondary mirror, maybe I'll just uses a low force loctite, my secondary always unwinds itself from heating and cooling and when I adjust it for collimating..

I tested the scope, it is solid, i can't even get the mirror shift by forcing the focus screw in and out,i need better flocking,it's already starting to peel..

on the hunt for a 0.63-0.7x reducer , looking at the CCD Telecompressor (CCDT67) or modifing a reducer corrector, apparantly you can remove the corrector lens to use on acf scopes , i'll be out tonight doing some more image test intermittent clouds atm ..

did some test, helix is pulling away to the lower west so might be hard to collect data, thor's helmet which i did not know was viewable in the southern hemisphere takes alot of hours to build some high signal , for now this is my goal , i will continue to image it when i get my astro physics ccdt67 reducer ,that should speed things up. also notice the stars ,might be some pinched optics, might need to loosen the corrector or the primary mirror locking ring just a little

about 2-3 hrs on each image in ha
