You know you're getting old when -- you have to take Tylenol BEFORE you go out to observe. This helps in achieving those contorted positions that only our hobby demands!

When you wimp out and no longer can haul around (or won't) a big Dob. You settle for a 4" refractor which is easier to move around. Aches and pains here and there.

Personally, aspirin works better for me than Acetaminophen. If I’m really messed up, ibuprofen is amazing!
Acetaminophen is better on the stomach though and it’s my first step.
