NGC 6211

NGC 6211 (UGC 10516, PGC 58775 and others) is the odd spiral at the bottom right of the chain.

NGC 6213 (PGC 58778 and others) is the galaxy above NGC 6211.

MCG+10-24-032 (PGC 58783 and others) is the galaxy above NGC 6213.

MCG+10-24-034 (PGC 58802 and others) is the top galaxy of the chain above MCG+10-24-032.

These galaxies all appear to be at a similar distance in Draco.

This grouping is part of the Astronomy League’s Galaxy Groups and Clusters program.

Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

360 minutes total exposure – 6 hours

Imaged May 11th, 12th and 19th, 2023 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
