I just downloaded and installed Stellarium 23.1 qt6

After installation, I now have the choice of running Stellarium or Stellarium (MESA). What's the difference?

MESA uses software rendering if you are running on a computer without a dedicated gfx card. If you have a desktop with a decent gfx card you should run the standard version for cleaner, sharper graphics.
