NASA advisers raise concerns about Artemis safety and workforce

“When there is a potential for schedule pressure, we will continue to be vigilant relative to that schedule pressure not causing unwise or unsafe decisions relative to performance and safety and add risk of a different kind to the program.”

Political correctness and double speak, NASA will not change until there is another unfortunate accident.
They have repeated this cycle since its start.

Here's hoping that ("another unfortunate accident") doesn't happen. The Apollo 1 fire and the two space shuttle tragedies were more than enough for my lifetime.

They were sloppy leading up to the Apollo 1 fire. They reverted back to sloppiness by the time of the Challenger explosion. They had reverted back to sloppiness by the time of the Columbia disaster. There is no reason to believe that NASA will ever change.
