I am not sure there is a prediction site at all. This was only the seventh predicted impact ever. I think that the observatories that compute the orbits of newly discovered asteroids just post the predictions anywhere they can. This would almost certainly include the CBAT.
I found out because it popped up on my Facebook feed.
