Homeless now observing?
~
For the last three nights high winds have meant telescopic seeing was for the toilet, so my neighbor and I have been tracking down a few deep sky objects which can be had from this suburban sky, and identifying lunar features along the terminator as best we can make out, with binoculars.
Great fun!

Re: Homeless now observing?
Hi NG. A fun read observing report from you and your neighbor using binoculars. It just proves that sometimes you just have to view what you can when you can. Thanks for this report and photos NG and keep looking up.

He's become quite a trooper, I must say. Few casual observers would put up with the conditions we tolerate so often.
Tonight (Friday) will be the end, for now. Clouds and rain on the way, alas.
