As a Amateur Raido Operator and a beginner backyard Astronomer, my interest’s sometimes cross paths and here’s an example of that .

Gee if I had known there was so much to see I would have started decades ago ! :Astronomer1:

NO WAY !
When I first got my ticket punched my uncle and I “lived” at the bottom of 20 meters!
My uncle was my Elmer and playing bagpipes in Pipe & Drum band, being musically inclined I had no problem with the 20 WPM and got my EXTRA ticket within one year in the late 80’s before cell phones.
I had box’s upon box’s of QSL cards from all over the world .
The late 80’s sun spot cycle was fantastic you could work the world with a coat hanger and 2 watts!
