NGC 1132 + UGC 2345

NGC 1132 (UGC 2359, PGC 10891and others) is the elliptical on the left located approximately 264 million light-years away in Eridanus.

UGC 2345 (PGC 10854 and others) is the distorted spiral at the top right. This one is much closer at approximately 46.5 million light-years away.

Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 12:10:10x300s – 60:50:50 minutes each – binned 2x2

400 minutes total exposure – 6 hours 40 minutes

Imaged January 2nd, 3rd and 4th, September 27th and October 2nd, 2022 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
