Hi everyone. Just started viewing again with my Celestron cpc 800 xlt. Its been a few years since i last had it out due to working nights. Enjoyed viewing Jupiter two nights ago. Best ive ever seen it due to its closer distance. The moons of Jupiter stood out really well. Looking forward to the dark nights and my retirement from work.

It is really good to have you here!
Glad that you got a good view of Jupiter.
Worked nights (rotating shifts) for many years and I can't say that it worked well with me. Nice and quiet, but I could never get right!
