I've been trying to get the latest image of my Harriet Lane uploaded to my image gallery- but the uploader is complaining that the file needs to be 48K or a max of 600 x 600. To get to 48K my image is 300x120 (or something like that) which is way too small for any detail. I noticed that some recent images others are showing are 200K - which would at least be reasonable. Has something changed on the site? I have much larger images loaded (in the past).

I can’t answer your question directly but uploading images to this forum is very non intuitive. I’ve done it several times before but can’t seem to do it now. The other night I spent 30 minutes trying to upload a photo but finally just gave up, put it on my own site, and created a hyperlink to it. That worked well and the image showed up on my post. I thought I had just gone brain dead but maybe not.

Thank you for pointing this out. I also tried to upload an image that should have worked but it didn't due to the size constraints which haven't been there before. The team is now working on it @Gordon

Funny what a silly little "0" can do......

Try it now.

The limits are 1800 x 1800 5,000,000 bytes.

Keep in mind the forum software will resize the image to 600 x 600 to display properly.

(PS these are the same as the default forum attachment sizes.)
