I don't have an issue with the forum being closed due to software upgrades. However I think it would be beneficial if the time the site will go down is in UT. I notice that tomorrows update is in MST, whatever that is. Cheers.

MST MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME UTC - 7
https://www.timetemperature.com/abbrevi ... ions.shtml

My timezone is UTC+2 (and +1 for DST). It'll be 11:00 + 10 hours = 21:00 = 9 PM.
But if MST also slides due to DST, then 11:00 + 9 hours = 20:00 = 8 PM.
[edit]
Yes, it should slide, but then the time should be MDT.
MDT MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT TIME UTC - 6

Mountain Standard Time doesn't change with the rest of the US. The forum will be going down in 30 minutes.

Just a small quibble. I believe it is Arizona specifically that doesn't change to DST. I think other MST states do make the change. In any case I am in agreement that you are the lucky ones!

In my working days I did regular business with a tech firm in AZ, it was sometimes a challenge to figure out a common time for a meeting. But I got used to it. My company's headquarters were in Indianapolis, and they didn't change either.

You’re right Bob, it’s just Arizona and the Navajo nation within Arizona does change!

Well done with posting the time for a forum upgrade in GMT. All is good in the Universe.
