SB10 appears to give you three options for MF.. do the flip, delay it by a set amount or do it early to the east? Do you only need to set one of these? For example, if I'm tracking from say 45 degrees east to 30 degrees west over 5 hrs, do I just delay the flip under option 2?

Meridian flip on SXD2 SB10
I have a 72mm f6 on an SXD2 on a half pier, so I don't need to do a meridian flip.

Depending on the size of your target, I would say to use option 2, and if you are sure all of your equipment will clear the pier delay it enough for a couple of degrees past the meridian . I have my EQ6 set to go 10 degrees past.

Re: Meridian flip on SXD2 SB10
Thanks Gordon.
Figured it out. You set the 'oversail' west under option 2 (say 20 degrees pastmeridian ) and then adjust the alarm under #1 to match.
