Not sure but hydrogen and oxygen are both used on an industrial scale outside of space transportation. I don't imagine they would be that much compared to the other components.
If you find a good cost breakdown I'd be interested to know the answer.

I don't believe SpaceX uses hydrogen. Starship uses Methane and Falcons use kerosene (RP-1).
