This nebula is known as SH2-116. It was originally thought to be a planetary nebula, understandably, given its appearance, and was catalogued as Abell-71 by George Abell in his Catalogue of Planetary Nebulae. However, it is just a region of hydrogen (and Oxygen) emissions.
