I am curious to know a decent (estimated exposures for these two objects with gain) I want to know if I am taking too long of single exposure times ect along with the right gain amountwith my sky conditions..and how much integrated time to bring out detail.

So far I have been working on The elephant Nebula and Eagle and here are my numbers below so far. As far as guiding I could go higher in expsoures or should I be lowering single exposure time? With light pollution should longer exposures be better or shorter and more frames?
