Ultra Wide Low Power Binos

Has anyone checked out any of these low power, wide angle binos? With my diminishing eyesight, I was interested in getting some.

Ozman used a couple of different powers of these and said that he really liked using them while laying back in his chair.

A couple of years ago I picked up a set of Kasai Trading 2.3x40 Wide Field Binoculars with 28° True Field of View. I keep them in my Jeep and use them occasionally when I'm out away from city lights. Within city limits my hands weren't enough to keep side light out. To deal with that I'd recommend getting a Bino Bandit Glare Blocker to go with it. I've got one for each of my binoculars and they really make a difference:
