OK, as far as I know, there is no total lunar eclipse happening yet. However, the moon showed up like this tonight. Most likely because of all the smoke from the wildfires,
Unbelievable. It looks like a total lunar eclipse, but it’s not.

It’s still pretty cool. I call it a “blood moon.”

It reminds me of a song. “I see a bad moon rising. I see trouble on the way. I see earthquakes and lightning. I see bad times today!”

Not an eclipse but a great lunar full Moon image!

Last time I saw a lunar eclipse that turned the Moon red, I was humming that CCR song too
