It has not been updated since 2010 and is http not https, but it has a ton of information.
The site I found the chart on was Cloudy Nights, but as I say, no mention of where it came from. Seems like Gabby has done a good job of resolving that

With the CA chart, it is only applicable to crown/ flint refractors and does not cover ED or apochromatic refractors.

Regarding the chart, it was mentioned on the other site that it is only applicable for crown/flint glass, but thanks for the confirmation of such.
