What would be the least expensive and easiest way to add such a device to my SkyTee II mount?

To convert a manual AltAz to a Push-to you will need a set of encoders designed or adapted for the specific mount. I am not aware of such a kit offered for the SkyTee II or rebrands.

Another option is to make setting circles

and use a phone app like SkySafari to get real time AltAz coordinates for your target.
