Setting in camera exposure

This is kind of a PixInsight question or a Canon camera question but I can't get my login to work at those forums so I hope ya'll don't mind me posting it here.
I am shooting with a Canon T7i and I noticed something this morning while running Cosmetic Correction on one of my sub exposures. While the process is running and displaying the image statistics in the format explorer, I saw the Exposure statistic said 5 sec instead of the 360 sec I had toldSGP to do an exposure for. I have my camera shutter set to bulb and when I am going through my sequence it runs for 360 seconds but the image doesn't look like a 360 sec sub so maybe it is only doing a 5 sec sub even though it is running like a 360 sec sub.
I am at a loss for what other setting I should change to fix this. Can anyone give me a suggestion?
