I use an ES 127 and 102mm for public outreach

Newest addition, arrived yesterday afternoon from FLO in the UK via DHL. Box was in good shape, etc. Feels significantly lighter than my 72ED and as expected, lighter than my ST120 with 2-speed focuser. I anticipate this will replace my ST120 and ST80. Stock R&P feels pretty smooth, but I've not been able to take it out with the wildfire smoke; maybe this weekend if clouds and smoke allow.

Congrats on the new glass! Stocks focusers on Synta fracs are pretty good. Some of them come with sticky grease, but after re-lubrication and adjusting tension they perform well. Also, you should be able to move the 2-speed Crayford from ST20 to ST100.

Thanks! I have to check the focusers. I think I put a GSO112 on my 120 and the 102 takes a GSO96 if I read the chart correctly. I was thinking maybe I could take the collar off the GSO112 or something. If not and the stock R&P is too rough, I'll put a GSO96 on my wish list.

A nice looking telescope, I hope you get a lot of use from it.
If you want push button focusing the Orion Accu-focus works very well with these focusers.

Right. ST120 takes both GSO112 and GSO96 (I had GSO96 on mine). And ST102 takes GSO96.
