M27

#1

Post by jnelson »

Started my uphill journey in astrophotography about a year ago focusing initially on planetary imaging. I recently upgraded my rig to a C8 & AVX mount and have started to “dabble” in DSO imaging. Clear nite last evening so I captured a beginners Messier object, M27. Basic specs:
ASI224MC
O.63x reducer
SharpCap raw16bit, gain 400, 2s exp
PIPP debayered (RGGB)
DSS 96light, 10dark
GIMP, Adobe photoshop express final processing

Any comments are welcome...thanks!
