This is just a few miles up the road from where I live, taken on March 9th, in a place called Logan Canyon. This was 10 photos merged in Photoshop. Final image is over 20,000 pixels wide,

Hi Lyle. A very nice panorama image of the Logan Canyon. The "Old Turkey Buzzard" theme song sequence used in the movie Mackenna's Gold (1969) was shot at Bryce Canyon in Utah and Monument Valley, on the Arizona-Utah border. I sure would like to visit Utah to see these great sights, and now including Logan Canyon. Thanks for sharing this fine photo with us on here Lyle and enjoy the nice dark skies that you have there.

Monument Valley is on my bucket list. I have a trip to Arches National Park this June all setup. Should get some great pics while there.

My 3yo grandson was most taken with the Blood Lillies at his local park. Later in the season the flowers die off, to be replaced with huge (around 500mm x 200mm) fleshy leaves. Very strange plant...

Nice view.
It reminded me of this one: (in case you are wondering: I didn't take it; my tripod isn't tall enough...
)
