A couple of Roe Deer in a pasture near our home.

There were several others there too, which is quite usual, but they were much further away.

I had to zoom in quite a bit to get these two before they ran off.

My presence had already been detected as I wasn't able to sneak up on them

Hey all. My wife and I took our dog for a walk to Soni Plateau today. He is a year and a half now and is my loyal companion. He is 13.8kg and pretty solid for a Shiba. I got a new phone last week, so today I thought I would take a few shots of him with the new IPhone 14pro. Pretty impressed with the camera on this phone.

Hi all. I thought to check outside before calling it a day here to see if there could be a rainbow. We have had rain off and on again all day but the sun finally popped out of the clouds a bit before sunset here and I was rewarded with this photo:
Rainbow 4-26-2023.JPG

I hope that you enjoy it.

Also scouted out some plane spotting locations at the airport. I'm an aviation fan, and plane spotting is something I have wanted to get into for a while. Like bird spotting, but just bigger.

Great photos Lyle.

I haven't submitted any photos from my New forest walks for a while, so maybe you have inspired me to share a few next time we go out

I am not into aeroplanes, I am purely a nature girl, but I can still appreciate other subjects :icon-smile:

8 shot panorama of the beautiful B-17 Flying Fortress at the Hill Air Force Base Museum in Roy, Utah.

I love a good panorama. Taken with my Sony and a Canon FD 50mm lens from the early 80s. All processing done in Photoshop.

Will share a few more from the same place once I get them processed.

@JSBach1801 Lyle, we have another member who is an aeroplane enthusiast - @planecrazzzy , but he hasn't been online since 24 April 2023.

You would have a lot in common.

Maybe he will return at some point
