Holiday offering of a malevolent Wizard

SHO captured through the smokey skies of Southern
CA. I'm still trying to get the traditional tones nailed down. it's been tough, but in the mean time here's a dark, evil Wizard for your consideration.

That is a great image. The dark background is a nice around the reds and blues. Just in time for Halloween.

Hi David. A very nice Wizard Nebula (NGC 7380) image in narrow band. Very nice nebulosity colors and dust regions in your capture. Thanks for sharing this with us David, and congratulations on winning the TSS APOD Award today.

Pulling out the subtlety of the colour range on the dark side is very effective. Congrats on the APOD.

I especially like the fire-glow color on the edges. Does make the Wizard look more threatening.
