Here's something a little different, but I think you'll like it. I took images of Jupiter about 5 minutes apart for about an hour last night and strung them all together into an animation showing the planet's rotation as well as the orbital motion of Io and Europa.

Telescope: Obsession 20" f/5, Eyepiece: Orion Expanse 6mm + Celestron Luminos 2.5X barlow, Camera: LG V20 phone. Individual images are stacks of ~800 video frames @ ISO 200, 1/200 sec.

Click on the image to see the animation.

Hi Tom. A very nice video of Jupiter. Very good equatorial belting and color in your work. The GRS shows up well too, and also Io and Europa in the upper left. Thanks for sharing this with us on here Tom, and keep up the great work.
