I expect the 102mm will be over the capacity of the M1 (about 4 kg/ 9 lb) but should work until the M2 is available.
Likely some shaking when focusing.

The mount will be on a "slik" the professional tripod with a 30 lb capacity
Current scopes 16in night sky dobsonian , 80mm synta refractor on a slik professional tripod with a stellarvue m1 mount Meade series 4000 eyepieces. Meade 70mm binoculars. Keep looking up.

With the M2 that will be similar to my Manfrotto 028b/ M2 combination which works quite well.
