Need to invest in a new autoguider camera. My old Celestron Nexguide LCD screen died. Like to keep price $350 max. It will be on a 80mm guide scope. Also ST4. It will be plugged into my iOptron CEM120 EC mount

For a new camera, look at the ZWO ASI line starting with ASI 120MM. If you need bigger pixels (my preference) then a new/used Orion Star Shoot Autoguider works nicely.

Cheers,
JT

I'll second the ZWO ASI120MM camera suggestion. It's fast, black and white (who needs color for a guiding camera?), and light weight, yet made solidly. You will want a USB 3.0 connection for it though.

I second JT’ s Orion SSAG recommendation. Of course, I have only owned one autoguide camera (the SSAG). It has worked perfectly for me. Just initial setup two years ago and trouble free performance. Works great on usb 2.0.

If you're intending to go with the ASIAir Pro at time, go with the ZWO ASI120MM Mini. The full bodied ZWO ASI120MM is not supported for use with the ASIAir Pro, and the two cameras are virtually the same price, and the Mini will work with the Air Pro.

I use a QHY5 series mono, these can be had for less than $150 and work just fine.

I use a QHY5L-II for my guide camera with my 60mm and 80mm guidescopes. I use a ASI174mm mini with my OAG on the EdgeHD11 at prime focus. Both work wonderfully and I highly recommend them.
