White Light Filters
Does any one have or use an Alpine Astronomical 80-100mm Baader Astro White Light Solar Filter on their refractors ? If so how do they perform ? What other brands are available ? And what is preferred glass or film type filters ?

Alpine Astronomical is the importer of Baader Planetarium products to the USA so their filters are made from Baader solar film.
Glass filters will have a lower resolution and most tun the sun a orange colour.
