The AAS meets twice a year. Glad you enjoy the summaries. I think they are nice mini refreshers and often they contain minority views that are at least somewhat respectable. Folks have done surveys looking for MACHOs (massive compact halo objects) of which primordial BHs would be a member. Objects more massive than Saturn have been ruled out so the stated mass range is theoretically OK but observationally much narrower.
