Meade LS

Does anyone have experience using SkiFi III with an LS. Specifically how does the SkiFi connect to the scope through the USB or via the handbox input?

I have no experience with a Meade LS but If I connect my Autostar/Audiostar to Stellarium I do it the same way than I connect with the Meade Autostar updater software, that's with a #505 to USB or serial cable. With the LS that would be a #507 cable. I see there is, like with the #505, a USB version available but the original Meade version is to serial which means you would need a USB to serial port adaptor. So the question is can you connect to the Meade Autostar Update application?

Thanks for your advice. As it turns out I had the correct cable. In case you're interested SkyFi connects via the USB B port on the scope so the cable is USB to USB B not the mini B
