My first astro pic on the forum!

This is my first attempt to post an image on the forum. It is a blending of three images.

The moon and stars.

Very interested in the "stars" only shot. How deep did that shot go??
As an observer of lunar occultations, of course there is no way that there could be that many stars near the limb of the moon to be occulted at any one instance, that could be seen.
And, I really doubt you would have that many stars visible on the bright limb of the moon with the glare even wiping out 3rd & 4th magnitude stars.
Apparently this is more of an "artistic representation", rather than reality.
