Can't log in on Chrome on Android
After spending almost an hour on trying to clear the cache (which I think has worked by now), I still can't log in to TSS . Does anybody else know how to do this? My system is Galaxy Tab A 2016 Android 8.1.0

Re: Can't log in on Chrome on Android
I don't see that, you must be referring to Chrome on Windows. My question was about Android. I did the equivalent of what you describe on Android but it does not work.Micke187 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 18, 2020 1:53 pm Here is the instructions gordon sent to me:

Re: Can't log in on Chrome on Android
You might just have only deleted cookies from the last hour. There should be a roll-down window were you can see from the last hour to when the account was made in the cookies settings page on chrome. Try delete the cookies when selecting when the account was made.

Anyway, I uninstalled Chrome. My only option was to reinstall the factory version. After doing that all my cookies were gone, and I can log in to
Android is much more finnicky than Windows when you have to do something special, or not even that special. This was painful.

Re: Can't log in on Chrome on Android
I just cleared the specific TSS cookies (17 of them) on Chrome, didn't need to delete cache or other cookies. Took awhile to find TSS (search didn't work for that term). However, I still can't log in on my google phone (android) so that's the next project.

Re: Can't log in on Chrome on Android
That's exactly what I did many times - it did not work for me. With the new version of Chrome installed, going through the same steps the screens look different and the response is also different. Maybe something was wrong with the old version.

Re: Can't log in on Chrome on Android
Sorry for all the problems Henk.
I'm not real conversant in the Android version of Chrome. But I was able to find this which looks a bit different from what GCoyote mentioned. Hope this helps!
In the Chromeapp
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chromeapp Chrome.
At the top right, tap More
Tap History and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Tap Clear data.
