Just discovered this section on classic/vintage scopes and your thread early this morning. Besides the 3" classic Tasco Newtonian first-light, the RTMC Star Party and the Brisbane trip, haven't contributed any threads to this website. Hopefully I'll do more this year...

Just discovered this section on classic/vintage scopes and your thread early this morning. Besides the 3" classic Tasco Newtonian first-light, the RTMC Star Party and the Brisbane trip, haven't contributed any threads to this website. Hopefully I'll do more this year...
I had a first light back on the 12th of July but I'm not sure I actually made a report on that.
